Abstract The ongoing escalation of animosities between the United States, Russian Federation and People’s Republic China is beginning to resemble Cold War, which as a historical period might have ended in twentieth century, but still endures state hostilities countries, expressed form an indirect conflict. These countries are actively growing their cyber capabilities that enable covert operations aimed at opponents. In cyberspace, states involved express aims they try achieve least detectable way. As result, cyberspace has been securitized. It recognized by NATO domain activities. National Cybersecurity Strategy published, recognizing integral part economy defence.
